XMotive's coordinator reviews dancer availability, timing, music, travel, venue permissions and requirements. We confirm a quote and agreement before scheduling.
XMotiveNow's published directory listings are not automatically approved venue partnerships. All venue availability and performance requests are reviewed independently. XMotive Dance is not currently accepting private-event rentals at its studio through this program.

Venues keep control of their rental prices and contracts. Any referral fee, promotion or performance collaboration is agreed separately in writing.
No listed venue is described as XMotive-approved until it has been reviewed and has agreed to the program.
