Directory and third-party listings

XMotiveNow helps visitors find local businesses, events, venues, services, homes and community programs. A listing does not mean XMotiveNow owns, operates, verifies, employs, endorses, or contracts with that provider. Some informational listings have not been claimed. Confirm prices, hours, dates, availability, qualifications, accessibility, licensing, and policies with each organizer or provider before making plans.

Accounts and submissions

Account holders must provide accurate information, use accounts they are authorized to access, and protect their credentials. Only submit listings, event information, images, logos and other material you are authorized to publish. Do not impersonate a business, upload misleading content, submit unlawful or infringing material, or post spam. We may review, request verification, correct, suspend, or remove submissions to protect directory quality and users.

Business listings and claims

An approved listing may be publicly searchable. Authorized representatives can request corrections or a claim review. XMotiveNow may ask for reasonable evidence of ownership or authorization. Listing participation does not create a sponsorship, employment, agency, exclusive arrangement, or venue partnership.

Bookings, events and external services

Some listings may direct visitors to external websites for bookings, tickets or RSVPs. The external provider handles its transactions and terms. XMotiveNow’s integrated booking and ticket checkout is not currently available across the directory. Do not assume that submitting a contact message creates a reservation. Programs may have separate registration requirements.

Paid promotions

Advertising, featured placements or promotional services are offered only when specifically confirmed with pricing, deliverables, dates and payment terms. Paid placement does not guarantee traffic, leads, attendance or sales. Refund or cancellation eligibility, if applicable, is determined by the terms disclosed for the purchased service and applicable law.

Reviews and communications

Reviews and messages should reflect genuine experiences, respect privacy, and avoid harassment, discrimination, defamatory claims or commercial spam. We may moderate content and investigate reported problems.

Availability and limitations

XMotiveNow works to maintain accurate information, but listings may be outdated or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, the service is offered as available and XMotiveNow does not guarantee uninterrupted access or third-party performance. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
