Social media is great for building excitement, but event organizers also need a place where guests can find the details, the venue and the next step. That’s the vision behind XMotiveNow, a homegrown event-discovery and business network expanding from the 757 into North Carolina.
A community-first alternative to national event platforms
Eventbrite is an established ticketing platform. XMotiveNow is building a different kind of experience: event discovery alongside local venues, services, classes, homes and business partners. Our goal is to keep the local community in the conversation while making it easier to find the next move.
What event organizers can use now
- Searchable event pages: Show your event’s name, location, timing and relevant details.
- Official ticket and RSVP links: Direct visitors to the appropriate organizer or ticket provider.
- Local discovery: Appear alongside other Hampton Roads events and experiences.
- Network connections: Explore separate opportunities for business features, cross-promotion and community partnerships.
XMotiveNow also offers booking tools for eligible listing types and configurations. The availability of particular tools depends on a listing’s plan and setup. Direct on-site ticket checkout is still in development and should not be assumed available for every event.
